Background on Tim Macort

 

"Having grown up around the waters of Cape Cod, I developed a love for boats and sailing at an early age.  My family has roots on Pleasant Bay going back six generations.  Every summer was spent sailing and boating on Pleasant Bay and the Town Cove where I taught sailing for many summers.  Even then it was clear to me that I wanted to have a lifetime career out on the water.

 

After working in the marine industry for 35 years, I have developed a broad knowledge of boats of all kinds from working at boatyards on Cape Cod and the north shore, along with running my own boat hauling business transporting boats on Cape Cod and up and down the east coast.  This has given me an expertise in the areas of boat management, logistics, and operations.

As a boat owner, my time on the water and in the yards has shown me what is important, and I understand the demands of boat owners.

I am excited to continue to grow my mooring business.  Please pass my name onto people who are in need of my services.  Thank you.  I possess a natural ability to connect with people, and understand the importance of good communication.  I take pride in my work and pay attention to details.
